OUR ATTORNEYS

GREGORY D. CALLIHAN was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on January 29, 1967.  He graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology/Biology.  Greg received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University, where he was selected for the Moot Court Board, Robert Lee Tullis Semifinalist, Chancellor List, and Flory Trial finalist.  Following graduation, he served as law clerk to the Honorable J. Michael McDonald, currently on the First Circuit Court of Appeals.  Greg’s primary areas of practice include workers’ compensation, premises liability, transportation, product liability, personal injury, and general liability claims.  His clients have included insurance companies and self-insured employers whom he has had the opportunity to represent in claims pending in district and workers’ compensation courts throughout the state.  He is admitted to practice before all Louisiana state courts, the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal.  He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, Baton Rouge Bar Association, Louisiana Association of Self Insured Employers and the Defense Research Institute where he serves on the trucking law committee.  Greg also serves as 'of counsel' to the firm of Casteel & Associates specializing in the defense of transportation litigation claims.  


CASEY H. HARGRODER was born in Lafayette, Louisiana, on January 19, 1979. He graduated from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas, with a Bachelor in Business Administration degree in Finance. Casey received his Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Civil Law degrees from Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and selected Most Outstanding board member his third year. Casey is admitted to practice before all Louisiana and Texas state courts, the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana, the United Stated District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Baton Rouge Bar Association and the Jefferson County Bar Association.
